The number of cooling towers corresponds to the number of refrigeration hosts. The water flow rate of the cooling tower is usually calculated as 1.2 times of the cooling water volume. Assuming that the cooling water volume of the chiller system is 160m3/h, the cooling water volume of the cooling tower =160×1.2=192m3/h, and the cooling water volume in the cooling tower parameter table is 200m3/h.
In addition, the selection of water filter and water tank should be appropriate according to the water quality in the operating environment. If necessary, the water softening device of the water chiller system should be added, and the water source with better water quality should be used to avoid the operation problems of the water chiller.
