The laser adopts the fiber + solid solution independently developed and designed. With the support of self-developed and self-made polarization maintaining passive core devices, it can realize the green laser power of 80W (up to 100W), high repetition frequency, narrow pulse width, high beam quality, high single pulse energy output, and has high stability and reliability.

In addition, the short wavelength, short pulse width and high peak power of this 80W green nanosecond laser can produce a very small heat affected zone. At present, the power of common green nanosecond lasers in the market is mostly about 40W. In contrast, 80W green nanosecond lasers have higher efficiency and stability in solar panel cutting equipment, and can significantly improve the carbonization of materials during cutting, while increasing the processing speed by more than 30%.
The product adopts the integrated optical and electrical design. Through the unique solid-state optical path design and the developed modulation process, the laser can ensure excellent beam quality on the basis of high power output. With fast iterative module innovation and excelsior manufacturing technology, it has brought new breakthroughs in pulse energy.
