Hymostar sources revealed that one of India's largest battery companies has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the company to establish India's first and largest lithium battery mass production plant.

It is reported that Haimuxing has launched a lithium battery product matrix for overseas market, covering eight lithium battery solutions, such as intelligent coating roll manufacturing, laser production, high-speed laser cleaning, high-speed lamination, high-speed winding, square aluminum shell assembly line, cell baking line, module/PACK assembly line, etc. Supplemented by laser control, digital twin, multi-axis linkage control and machine vision and other leading technology research results.

At the end of last month, Hymstar also introduced the electrode lug welding technology without switching plates, realizing the ultrasonic prewelding of the electrode lug to the multi-layer electrode lug and laser welding of the cover plate, effectively improving the utilization rate of the internal space of the cell and the over-current capacity, and improving the battery's high-energy ratio, ultra-fast charging, safety and other performance.
