Problem with connection after doing the most recent update

I have an xtool D1 Pro 20W and am new to lightburn. I had used it several times without problems but I just did the recent update and when I went back into lightburn I t is having problems with the connection. It only gives me (bluetooth-incoming port) to select nothing else. I went into my computer and turned off bluetooth to see what would happen and then went back into lightburn but still I only have that same select to connect. Under the console category it says that the port failed to open-already in use? Can anyone help me to connect

      If the port is not showing up in LightBurn this isn’t a connection issue. It’s a device detection issue. Meaning the OS is not properly detecting and loading the driver for the device. LightBurn cannot connect to it because it’s not showing up as an available device.
      Can you confirm that the laser is actively powered on? Can you see the device detected in System Report->Hardware->USB?
      If you haven’t already, try rebooting to see if that resolves the issue.
