Metal laser marking equipment is mainly fiber optic laser marking machines, with a power of more than 20W

1. Power: Turn the power up and adjust it to above 15W, and the range of 15-18 is roughly sufficient.
2. Focus: Select negative defocus, black out the focus to be low, and the focus should be inside the workpiece, about 1-3mm lower than the material surface.
3. Speed: The faster the speed, the lighter the color. To achieve blackout, the laser marking speed needs to slow down, usually below 100mm/s.
4. Font: Fill the font with a spacing of less than 0.1mm. The larger the font, the smaller the density.
5. Keep the frequency normal

This is a type of adjustment parameter for stainless steel blackening. In actual operation, the specific values will also change due to the influence of material purity. A slight change in the above five values will produce completely different results. Therefore, in actual operation, we also need to conduct corresponding testing and adjustment based on the final effect.
