2023-08-14As a material with high thermal conductivity, stainless steel requires higher laser power and frequency for marking. At the same time, due to the better thermal conductivity of stainless steel, it is necessary to increase the scanning density appropriately to avoid excessive burning of the material. In addition, the scanning speed is also an important factor affecting the marking effect. A scan speed that is too slow can cause excessive burns or burn through the material, while a scan speed that is too fast can result in poor marking.

2023-08-14i am confused with your question. EZCAD is not for ink, it is for laser marking. if you want to get an ink effect with laser marking. it can be done. if you want to record with ink. think it is not possible. for laser marking, if you want to record on the stainless with a better result. MOPA laser source which is pulsed laser with high energy in one pulse should be used. and the repeat frequency of the laser should be set in a proper scale. speed , repeat frequency and power should be configured .
