Hi guys,
I’ve read multiple questions about this already, but all were already a few years old, so here I go:
What’s currently possible with Lightburn automation?
I’m looking for ways to automate a process: open Lightburn, import an image on a particular position on the x/y-axis and deform the image based on predetermined coordinates.
I’ve read in earlier forums that python would be integrated in the future (few years ago already), but I’ve never read anything other than a very limited console. Does anybody have experience with automating tasks like these, or is there any api/python integration available already?
Thanks in advance.

You can use an external program to automate some tasks. On Windows, there is AutoHotkey, AutoIt, and a few others. On Mac, there are a few solutions too. Linux might have some too, but it might depend on the graphic interface?
Alas, QT applications are not native applications, they are a bit opaque (on Windows at least), which makes them a bit harder to automate. But it is doable (often using the keyboard interface).
