1. Examination of the entire bed
Before starting up every day, check the wiring of the laser cutting machine and the outer cover of the entire machine for any abnormalities. 2. Protective lens inspection
After the bed inspection of the entire machine is completed, check the protective lenses. The lenses are located at the lower part of the alignment module and are prone to smoke and dust pollution. It is recommended to clean them once a day when starting work. Each machine is assembled and designed differently, for example, different lens installation methods require different cleaning methods. Some lenses are flat and do not have a mirror base, so use lens paper to clean them, while others have curved surfaces or mirror bases, Cotton swabs should be used for cleaning.

 

3. Ceramic ring inspection
Check if the ceramic ring is loose or damaged: Loose ceramic rings can affect the stability of the cutting process

 

4. Copper nozzle inspection
Check the copper nozzle: The copper nozzle is irregular and has obvious scars. It is recommended to replace it in a timely manner. Every time the copper nozzle is replaced, a float calibration and inspection center should be carried out to avoid affecting the cutting effect.

 

5. Coaxial center inspection
Check the coaxial center: Use transparent tape for adjustment and try to use a small nozzle as much as possible
Return to origin: Perform a return to origin action every day after turning on the computer
Capacitance calibration: Perform float calibration after returning to the origin every day
Regularly check the gas source
Check if the air source valve is open and if there is any air leakage in the air circuit
Check the water cooler: Check if the water level is normal, add water when the water level is low, check if the filter screen is blocked, and regularly clean the filter screen
