The principle of a laser marking machine is to vaporize the surface of a material in an instant through the high temperature generated by laser focusing, and generally the color of the material itself is printed out.
The color of metal laser marking mainly depends on the nature of the material, followed by the size of the laser force (i.e. power, speed, spacing, frequency).
Generally speaking, fiber laser marking machines can print white text on metal, and metal laser marking can be adjusted to various colors such as black, white, and yellow. When printing white, the parameters of laser marking need to be adjusted. The main reason for white font is that the marking speed should be fast and the power should be low. A regular laser marking machine can only mark gray or black gray text information on aluminum products. A special fiber laser marking machine, also known as a full pulse width laser marking machine, can mark aluminum black. This laser marking machine can directly create a black effect on aluminum materials, including magnesium aluminum, aluminum oxide, and various aluminum materials.
