Single axis multi head laser cutting machine refers to a laser cutting machine with multiple laser heads on a moving axis. In most cases, these laser heads move synchronously and are used to cut the same pattern on the same row or column. In the advertising and clothing industries, this type of processing requires more, such as stickers on fabrics, printed stickers, etc. These are very suitable for using single axis multi head laser cutting machines to complete.
The laser control system is the control core of the laser cutting machine. Different control systems are required for different processing needs. There are mainly three types of single axis multi head laser control systems:
Visual free single axis multi head laser control system: The basic single axis multi head laser control system, with main functions including motion control, laser control, data processing, safety detection, etc., is suitable for processing materials with fixed positions, and the price is the most favorable among the three.
Small vision single axis multi head laser control system: A laser control system with a small CCD industrial camera and basic visual recognition function. Due to the small size of the camera, it can only capture partial areas of the machine, so it is referred to as small vision. The small visual control system can accurately and quickly identify the position of materials and complete processing through the Mark point function, making it one of the most widely used control systems.
Large vision single axis multi head laser control system: a visual laser control system equipped with a large industrial camera or SLR camera, capable of capturing the entire machine format. This type of laser control system is mainly used to handle materials that may deform and have wrinkles, such as fabrics and spinning. The control system will judge the degree of material deformation through visual recognition, and adjust the processing method in real time through calculation to ensure that the machine can process correctly even under the condition of material deformation.
The above three single axis multi head laser control systems are actually designed separately for different processing needs, and there are significant differences in functionality and price between them. Therefore, when choosing, we should also choose the corresponding control system based on our own processing requirements.
