The winding problem of a DC reduction motor is a complex problem, and the winding is an important component of the reduction motor. Once a fault occurs, serious problems can occur. However, we need to explain some characteristics and characteristics of the winding in the reduction motor (or gear reducer) clearly.
1. The basic data of the winding should meet the requirements
According to the requirements of the winding structure type, the basic data varies. The compilation of this data mainly includes the number of winding phases, winding coil turns, winding pitch, coil turn length, and wire diameter. The control of DC deceleration motors generally has a large number of turns, thin wires, high winding resistance, and strict requirements for winding turns and symmetry between each phase. The number of turns in a winding not only has a specified deviation in the number of turns of a coil, but also allows for a small deviation in the number of turns in each phase of the winding.
2. The size and shape of the formed winding should meet the requirements
The dimensions of the winding after winding and embedding mainly include the length and thickness of the end extension of the winding. The dimensions after molding need to be calculated based on the specific winding structure or determined based on experience to determine the external dimensions and their allowable deviations.
3. The insulation structure and insulation material of the winding should meet the requirements of heat resistance, radiation resistance, and environmental resistance.
4. Immersion treated windings. It should be soaked in insulating paint and dried. DC deceleration motors have multiple turns of winding, thin wires, some without interlayer insulation, and some without phase insulation, making them more prone to inter turn short circuits or wire breakage due to thermal expansion and contraction of the insulation structure. These issues must also be fully considered in the selection and manufacturing of insulation structure and insulation materials.
5. The welding quality is reliable, and the contact current limit at the welding point should be small.
6. For wire wound windings, manual wire embedding and mechanical wire embedding are suitable for different types of motors and product batches. There are significant differences in the winding structure and process requirements for DC reduction motors, which need to be clarified from the beginning of motor design.
