Laser marking machine has weak light output

1. The focal length was not adjusted properly, please readjust the focal length.

2. The CW method of the marking software is not selected, and the light will be weak. The CW method is selected.
3. The cavity, total reflection mirror, half reflection mirror, and beam expander are not properly adjusted. Please readjust them.
4. The laser did not hit the center of the vibrating mirror, or the lens of the vibrating mirror was scratched. Reset the light path or replace the galvanometer.
5. Full or semi reflective lenses, focusing lenses, vibrating lenses, and Q-switch lenses are dirty or scratched. Clean or replace.
6. The Q switch is not properly adjusted. Normally, it emits light when marking, but when not marking, the Q switch needs to lock the laser. You can increase the current of the laser power supply appropriately and place the frequency doubling plate in front of the half mirror to see if there is any light leakage. If there is light leakage, the light will be weak. Adjust the Q switch again.
