4. Jet lubrication method
Directly pressurizing and spraying with an oil pump through a nozzle is suitable for closed gears with a circumferential velocity greater than 12-14 meters per second and low splash lubrication efficiency.

5. Oil ring lubrication method
This is a lubrication method that uses a ring with a diameter larger than the shaft diameter to rotate with the shaft and bring the lubricating oil from the lower oil reservoir to the shaft neck.

Lubrication of gear reducers is an important part of reducer maintenance. If inappropriate lubricating oil is selected, even regular lubrication may cause equipment damage. So, what lubricating oil should be added to gear reducers?

The selection of lubricating oil for gear reducers mainly depends on the working environment, load size, motion characteristics, and friction form of the gear reducer. For example, gear oil with low viscosity and good fluidity should be selected for high-speed operation, gear oil with good wear resistance should be selected for low-speed operation, and gear oil with low freezing point should be selected for low-temperature operation.
