How to clean a laser cutting machine?

1. It is necessary to clean the dirt on the machine tool and guide rail every working day to keep the bed clean. At the end of the day, turn off the air source and power, and at the same time, exhaust the residual air in the machine tool pipe.

2. If leaving the machine for a long time, turn off the power to prevent non professionals from operating it.

3. Pay attention to observing whether there is lubricating oil on the horizontal and vertical guide rails and rack surfaces of the machine to maintain good lubrication.

4. Replace the circulating water and clean the water tank: Please ensure that the laser tube is filled with circulating water before the machine starts working. The quality and temperature of circulating water directly affect the service life of laser tubes. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly replace the circulating water and clean the water tank regularly. It's best to do it once a week.

5. Fan cleaning: Long term use of this fan can lead to the accumulation of a large amount of solid dust, causing the fan to produce a lot of noise, which is not conducive to smoke exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the exhaust is not smooth, the fan should be cleaned.

6. Lens cleaning: There will be some reflectors and focusing lenses on the machine. Laser is reflected and focused through these lenses, and then emitted from the laser head. The lens is susceptible to dust or other pollutants, which can cause laser loss or lens damage. So it is necessary to clean the lenses every day.
