Oct 14Not at all. If you increase this value, you have more fine-grained control over the power. It just defines the steps you have in between 0 and 100% power. You can set both to 1, then you have 0=laser off, 1=laser 100%. If you set both to 100, you have 100 steps. With the common 1000 value, you have 1000 steps. The only important thing is that the values in the firmware and LB match. Otherwise, the percentage in LB does not reflect the actual percentage of the laser.
