Pavel, I have the same problem as you. I connected the RUIDA 6563f controller to the MAX MFSC 1500X laser, but I can't turn on the laser from the panel. Do you have an idea! Kind regards, M.

    • Hello, is there any pop-up prompt if you can't open the laser? Can you provide relevant pictures or videos for troubleshooting and analysis, thank you!

      • Dear Ruida team! I have checked the cables, connectors, settings several times! The laser works regularly, X, Y and Z axes work regularly. However, the basic test of the Ruida-laser connection does not pass. It always reports a laser error. I am sending you photos for the identification of the Ruida controller, a page with the recommended settings before the Laser test procedure, a page with a report on the laser status and a short movie. I note that only the shutter can be controlled from the Ruida panel. Please note that in the photo of the laser status, EX PWM and Analog are not active. Checking the voltage levels at the output of the connector shows that there is no PWM signal at all and that the Analog signal is always equal to 1V. I am especially concerned that I have not found an option for setting the PWM signal anywhere. I hope you can help me! Warmly yours...

        • : Hello, is it the first time to use your device, or is there a problem with feedback during use? Please confirm whether the control card and the software are normally connected to each other, provide a picture of the laser error, and different equipment configurations may have different settings and wiring methods, you can refer to the product manual to understand the wiring method of each port definition: https://www.rdacs.com/en/download, if you need online technical support, please contact the equipment manufacturer to make an appointment for assistance.

        • : Dear blue sea, while waiting for the laser to be delivered, I connected all three axes a few months ago. I paid special attention to the Z axis and the capacitive sensor calibration. Everything works OK when controlled from the panel and from the RDCutist software. When the laser arrived, I connected the 15-pin Ruida connector with only 8 wires from the Max laser (enable, Analog, PWM and Alarm). The other wires of the laser connector arrive short-circuited. The connection was controlled by one of the engineers! The laser itself works correctly. However, when the laser switches from manual to automatic mode, the laser control software shows that there are no Analog and PWM signals (see the picture I sent)! The shutter works, but when I press the Laser command on the panel, Ruida blocks it and throws out a Laser error signal! I recorded that but I don't see how to send you that movie! If I go back to the initial Laser test (chapter 6.3 RDC 6563F System User Manual), so without connecting to any computer, just the Ruida controller. I set the parameters in Function, Additional Function, as you recommend. I turn on the Shutter and then the Laser on the panel, the system immediately blocks and reports a laser alarm! Best regards, M.

      • Dear blue sea,
please reply to my last email and explain how to upload a video showing the laser test procedure and the Ruide Laser error report.
        Best regards, M.
