Precautions for using plastic laser welding machine
Before turning on the laser, ensure that there are no excess obstructions on the welding joint! Before powering on the system, please confirm that the welding joint mirror and fixture surface are clean and can be cleaned with specialized cleaning solutions such as anhydrous alcohol.

When major abnormal phenomena such as laser output welding head burning or lens damage occur, the emergency stop switch should be pressed in a timely manner, or the power switch of the system should be turned off, or the external power supply of the system should be directly cut off!
3. The system cannot operate near the temperature alarm critical point!
4. The actual output power of the laser shall be based on the test value of the external power meter.
5. The operating parameters should comply with the specified range, otherwise the system may be damaged.
6. The laser plastic welding machine should ensure that the casing is grounded during use, with a grounding resistance of ≤ 50m Ω.
7. The cooling water should be pure water, and drinking pure water can be used. Mineral water and filtered tap water are not allowed to be used.
Do not store the laser plastic welding machine in an environment with moisture, humidity, dust, strong electromagnetic fields, corrosive gases, or foreign conductive substances entering, as it may cause internal component failure of the product.
Common faults and solutions for plastic laser welding machines:
1. No action at the welding station: When the PLC switches to manual mode, check the alarm items and find the corresponding sensors and relays to troubleshoot the problem.
2. The position of the candle connecting station does not match: The PLC checks whether the position of the motor equipment has changed. If so, please set the correct position.
3. No laser output: Check if the robotic arm is providing a light signal.
Check if the laser output status is in external control mode.
Check if the laser output switch is turned on.
Check if there are any alarm items in the laser power supply and eliminate them.
4. Low laser power: Check if the laser welding joint is dirty or damaged.
Check if the fixture is dirty or damaged.
Daily maintenance of plastic laser welding machine:
1. Clean the surface of welding joints and fixtures daily using anhydrous alcohol and dust-free cloth. Be careful not to scratch the lens.
2. Check the water level of the chiller every week, and add it promptly if it is below the water level line. All cooling water must be replaced every month. Please add pure still water.
3. Clean the motor guide rail and cylinder guide rod every week.
4. Check the interior of the machine for any odor or damage every week to prevent circuit damage and short circuits.
