Chanelink Laser Community Rules

1.1 General Rules of the Community
1.1.1 The Community focuses on laser electric machinery and provides a platform of learning communication and resources sharing for professionals and people with interest.
1.1.2 To secure the healthy development of the community as well as just rights and interests of users, and standardize information releasing behavior, the rules are set according to relevant national laws, regulations, policies and rules made by Chanelink.
1.1.3 The operator of Chanelink (namely, Chanelink Network Technology Co. Ltd. in Shenzhen ) is unable to conduct a substantive examination on the ownership, legality, authenticity, scientificity and integrity of the contents transmitted by users. Users shall be independently responsible for the contents published by themselves, and the operator of Chanelink network shall not assume any legal liability arising therefrom.
1.1.4 Please consciously abide by the national laws and the basic rules of the Internet, and do not make any political or illegal remarks, use uncivilized words, or release any words or pictures that may cause serious discomfort or fear to the readers. Users shall exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations in strict accordance with the rules.
1.1.5 Do not spread rumors or publish any discriminatory remarks including race, gender, religion, etc.
1.1.6 No personal attack of any form.
1.1.7 Do not make meaningless empty posts and repetitive posts. When replying a post under the theme post, the content should be releated to the theme post.
1.1.8 The remarks shall be based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, and shall not be fictitious or exaggerated. The Chanelink network encourages users to communicate with each other in a sincere and modest attitude, learn from each other and have a mutual improvement. Any person communicating with his net friends in an unequal way is not welcome.
1.1.9 The Community has several sections, such as “control” “motor” ”laser” “gearing”. Please post the threads in the corresponding section to maintain the systematicness and tidiness of the community. Any content not related to the section will be deleted by the moderator and administrator.
1.1.10 When reprinting articles or materials from other sources, they must be reprinted in a standard form, indicating the author and the name of the publication or website. The resellers shall be responsible for the copyright issues caused by the reprinting, and it is strictly prohibited to plagiarize others' articles as their own speech.

1.2 Rules for Users
1.2.1 The registered users shall properly keep the login password of the user name, do not use too simple password, and should log out the public computer website before leaving, so as not to be used by others. If the user name is embezzled by others, or different people use the same user name, resulting in trading problems, illegal remarks, etc., the original registrant of the user name shall take the responsibility.

1.2.2 Upon successful registration, the users will become official users of chanelink network, who enjoy all the rights as stipulated in the community of Chanelink network. People shall take full responsibility for their usernames, passwords as well as account security. In case of password, security loopholes or other circumstances detrimental to the user's interests, the operator shall be immediately notified. Each user shall be fully responsible for all activities and events carried out under his or her username.

1.2.3 The username shall not be transferred in any form of payment and will be locked immediately once found.

1.2.4 When using the community, the users shall obey the management of the community administrator and moderator, and shall not prevent or affect their normal management without reason. If you think that they handle the problems improperly, you can appeal to Chanelink network.

1.2.5 Users shall have the right to freedom of speech, provided that they don't violate laws, regulations and policies, the principle of good faith and public order, damage the rights and interests of the state, operators of Chanelink and the third parties, and shall not violate the user agreement and relevant rules of Chanelink network. It is strictly prohibited to publish information containing the following contents.

1. Violatng the basic principle of constitution

2. Endangering national security, divulging state 

3. secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity

4. Injuring the national honor and interests

5. Inciting national hatred and discrimination and destroy national unity.

6. spreading rumors to disturb socials and undermine social stability.

7. Spearding obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or instigating crimes.

8. Insulting or slandering others or infriging upon others' legitimate rights and interests.

9. Inciting illicit assembly, association, demonstration or gathering a crowd to disturb social order.

10.  Organizing activities in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations 

11. Possibly instigating others to commit a crime

12. possibly damaging the reputation or goodwill of the operator of Chanelink network.

13. Other information breaching the laws, regulations, policies of the People's Republic of China, violating honesty, credibility, and public order and good customs, or not proper to be spread for Chanelink operators.

1.2.6 Users can't make posts with the nature of "malignant irrigation", whose main circumstances include but are not limited to:

1. Continously making abundant posts with the same content.

2. Posting a large number of threads with meaningless graphics and words

3. A large number of copies of other people's posts （not including the copy of handling technical problems)

4. Replying lots of meaningless posts under the theme posts related to technology.

5. Other posts in line with the nature of "malignant irrigation" identified by operators of Chanelink.

1.2.7 The articles, remarks or other information published by users only represent their own views and positions. The operators of Chanelink network shall not be responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy and integrity of the contents published by users. Users shall bear all civil, administrative or criminal liabilities directly or indirectly caused by their own behaviors. In any case, the operator of Chanelink network shall not assume any liability for any loss or damage caused by the content published by users.

1.2.8 Without the consent of the operator of Chanelink network, any advertisement unrelated to the services provided by Chanelink network is prohibited in this community.

1.2.9 Users shall abide by the relevant provisions of the discussion community in the relevant discussion community in addition to obeying this provision when publishing articals.

1.3 The Rules for Community Management

The administrator of this community is the regular employee of the operators of Chanelink network, and she or he shall exercise all the duties and rights of the management of this community in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, policies and rules of Chanelink network. The administrators represents the official position of this community, except the administrator, any ordinary users, moderators and net friend's speech or behavior, born by the relevant personnel, all has nothing to do with this community.

1.4 Bylaws
1.4.1 The operator of Chanelink network reminds that users should follow the principle of caution when comunicating with other users who know each other through the community. For any psychological and physical injuries, economic losses and disputes that may occur during the acquaintance and communication between users, the relevant users shall bear all the legal responsibilities by themselves, and the operators of Chanelink network shall not assume any legal responsibilities.
1.4.2 If there is any conflict between these rules and national laws, regulations, judicial interpretations, policies, etc., then these effective rules and regulations prevail. The remaining provisions of these rules shall remain valid  and binding.
1.4.3 The operator of Chanelink network has the right to modify the rules. After the modification of these relevant provisions, the operator of Chanelink network will publish the modified contents on the relevant pages. Once the revised provisions are published, they will effectively replace the original ones. If users do not agree o the modification of the relevant terms and conditions, they may immediately stop visiting or using this community or cancel the services they have obtained; if the users choose to continue to visit or use this community after the modification it shall be deemed that the user have accepted the modification of the relevant terms.
1.4.4 Users' acceptance of the contents of the rules doesn't fully cover users' rights and obligations arising from the use of the community. Other statements and rules published by the operator of Chanelink network shall be deemed as supplementary provisions of the rules and shall be an point part of the rules and have the same legal effect as the rules.
1.4.5 If a user violates the above provisions, the operator of Chanelink network shall have the right to delete the published remarks, suspend the use of the account, or even cancel the user's qualification according to its independent judgment without notifying the user.
1.4.6 The Chanelink Technology Co., Ltd in Shenzhen reserves the right of final interpretation of these rules.
1.4.7 The rules shall come into force on the date of publication.
