5. SB pin cycloidal reducer
The SB pin cycloidal reducer is a kind of transmission device redesigned on the basis of the cycloidal pin reducer. The cycloidal reducer is widely used in petroleum, chemical, light industry, textile, food, plastics, pharmacy, ceramics, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, mining, tobacco, paper making, leather making, woodworking, electronic instruments, glass, environmental protection and other mechanical equipment fields. The structure and characteristics of the SB pin cycloidal reducer are as follows:

6. Planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer
The planetary cycloidal pin gear reducer is a novel belt reducer with compact structure, which applies the principle of planetary transmission and adopts the cycloidal meshing mechanism. It can be widely used in chemical industry, ceramics, mining, hoisting, transportation and other equipment.
Advantages:
High efficiency, long service life, smooth operation, wide belt reduction range, 1/9-1/87 speed ratios per hour for single-stage deceleration, and 1/101-1/7569 more than 20 speed ratios per hour for two-stage deceleration. More levels of combined deceleration are available as required.
Planetary cycloidal pin gear reducer can be matched with speed regulating motor, brake motor, explosion-proof motor, ordinary Y series motor, etc. according to user requirements. According to the size of the base number of the reducer, motors with different powers are matched, ranging from (0.04kw) to 75kw.
7. Three ring reducer
Three ring reducer is an advanced translational transmission mechanical reducer, which is widely used in mining, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, engineering machinery, lifting and transportation, light industry and many other fields. It has the advantages of large torque, stable operation, large transmission ratio, good overload performance, etc.
Generally, it can replace gear planetary reducer, cycloidal pin gear reducer, multi-stage cylindrical gear reducer, etc. Its basic form is composed of one low speed shaft, two high speed shafts and three drive ring plates. Each shaft is configured in parallel. The same two high speed shafts drive three drive ring plates to move in a plane with a 120 degree phase difference. The inner ring of the drive ring plate is internally connected with the outer ring of the low speed shaft, and the teeth are engaged with the teeth or the pin is engaged with the teeth to form a large transmission ratio; The shaft ends of each shaft can transmit power independently and simultaneously. The three ring transmission mechanism is a self-contained system. According to the basic single-stage transmission, several derivative types are formed by increasing the number of high-speed and low-speed shafts or changing their mutual positions; Single stage drive can be connected in series to form multi-stage drive.
8. Electric hoist reducer
The reduction mechanism of the electric hoist adopts a three-stage external tooth helical gear transmission mechanism. The gear and gear shaft are made of high-strength alloy steel and have been heat treated with high strength and good wear resistance. The transmission shaft is supported by rolling bearings. The gear is lubricated by lubricating oil sealed in the reduction box.
