Advantages of brushless motor in air conditioning:

2、 In the speed regulation process, the load nature in the motor circuit has not changed, the harmonic generation is less, the impact on the power grid is less, and the energy is more energy-saving.

 

3、 During operation, the temperature rise is relatively low, about 20% lower than that of AC asynchronous motor.

 

4、 The speed regulation system has high reliability and good dynamic performance. The DC brushless motor has high reliability and does not change the circuit performance of the load during the adjustment process, making the system more stable.

 

It can be seen from the characteristics of brushless motor that energy saving, noise reduction, accurate temperature regulation and stepless speed regulation are important performance improvements of the whole air conditioner.
