The cooling water takes away the heat generated by the laser tube. The higher the water temperature, the lower the optical output power (better water temperature is 15-20 ℃). If the cooling water is cut off, the heat accumulated in the laser cavity will burst the tube end and even damage the laser. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is unblocked at any time.

The bearings must also be oiled regularly to make the transmission flexible and accurate and extend the service life of the machine.
Ambient temperature and humidity of the equipment
The ambient temperature and humidity ambient temperature of the equipment shall be within the range of 5-35 ℃. Special attention shall be paid to the following points if the equipment is in the ambient temperature below freezing point:
1. Prevent the circulating water in the laser tube from freezing, and completely drain the water after shutdown
2. When the camera is turned on, the laser current must be heated for more than 5 minutes before it can work.
In rainy days or humid environments, the laser power supply needs a long preheating time. After dehumidification, high voltage should be added to prevent breakdown of the high voltage circuit.
