In recent years, with the development of Beidou navigation system, Beidou navigation surveying and mapping methods are widely used in surveying and mapping projects. Not long ago, at the 2022 (INTERGEO) International Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Exhibition held in Germany, Sinan Navigation launched the "Lu1 Laser RTK", which caused quite a stir. Many international manufacturers on the scene called it: an unprecedented subversive innovation in the field of measurement.

RTK is a kind of three-dimensional coordinate technology that can obtain centimeter level ground objects in real time. This new satellite positioning survey method can greatly improve the work efficiency of engineering lofting, topographic mapping and various control surveys.

"Lu1 Laser RTK" is equipped with a new generation K8 platform, which can track 7-star 30 frequency satellite signals; At the same time, it is equipped with the Quantum III chip and algorithm Quantum RTK developed by Sinan Navigation, which supports full system satellite computing and multi system joint positioning. Compared with traditional measurement tools, it is more suitable for users' hands-on experience, simpler to operate, more intelligent in functions, efficient in operation, accurate in results, and easy to complete the measurement of dangerous points, complex points, and obstacles.

The first laser receiver in the world was evaluated as an unprecedented "engineering tool" in the field of Beidou navigation surveying and mapping, which can get such high evaluation. In addition to the core board technology of independent intellectual property rights that Sinan Navigation has firmly mastered for many years, it is also mainly due to the research and development mode of its research and development team, which is "native".

Shanghai Sinan Satellite Navigation Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2012, is located in Sinan Beidou Industrial Park, No. 618, Chengliu Middle Road, Jiading District. The company integrates R&D, production, sales and service, and is one of the first high-tech enterprises in China to fully independently master the core technology of high-precision Beidou/GNSS modules and successfully achieve large-scale market applications.

The development of domestic satellite navigation industry started late. Compared with developed countries such as the United States, there is a certain gap in personnel, technology, products and applications. Compared with other companies in the industry that directly introduce foreign technology, Sinan Navigation firmly believes that technology needs to be accumulated one brick at a time, and the technology needs to be mastered by itself. "The hundreds of thousands of lines of code of the whole core device are all typed out by our R&D personnel, and our technology is absolutely 'original'." Wang Lei, R&D manager of Sinan Navigation, said.

During the R&D process of the laser module, the R&D team also once encountered problems such as uncontrollable installation angle error of the first version of the collimation design, slow data update, which led to unstable matching of the refresh rate of the laser module, and scattering of the laser. With the cooperation of the R&D team, the problems were finally solved one by one, and the measurement accuracy of the laser ranging module could reach the millimeter level.

Most of the previous surveying work needs to go up and down mountains and rivers, or shuttle between forests, cities and construction sites. Surveyors need not only to carry a large number of instruments and equipment, but also to complete heavy work tasks. The advent of this laser RTK can not only improve the work efficiency, but also reduce the burden of travel and accelerate the measurement.
