1. Check whether there is oil and water in the gas mixing device of the laser, and if there is, clean it in time;
2. Check the laser gas drying filter. Check whether there is dust on the cabinet, body and other parts, and use air compressor to clean them in time;
3. Check whether the filter of the cooler and the laser cooling water circuit have impurities, clean the exhaust network of the chiller and the internal screen of the chiller, and keep the mesh hole transparent to achieve better cooling effect;
4. Before starting the laser cutting machine, check whether the water volume of the chiller is above the water level. If not, add distilled water or purified water in time;
5. Check the condensate level in the compressed air separator (located in the air supply unit). When the pump is cold, the oil level shall be 5mm-0mm away from the centerline of the oil window, and add oil if necessary.
Monthly maintenance contents and precautions of laser cutting machine
1. Before starting the laser cutting machine, check the lubrication of X axis guide rail and lead screw, Y axis guide rail and lead screw, Z axis guide rail and lead screw. If there is no lubricating oil, lubricate it in time, and grease the Z axis ball screw and linear slide rail every month;
2. Check whether the internal water quality of the chiller is good, and try to replace all the cooling water once a month, which can effectively reduce the corrosion and blockage of core components such as cutting head;
3. Irregularly (at least once a month) check the contamination of the surface of the reflector and focusing lens according to the workshop environment, and clean the optical lens in time to ensure its service life.
Semi annual maintenance contents and precautions of laser cutting machine (or after 2000 hours of operation)
1. Check whether the cooling water pipe of the laser head is corroded, whether the excitation power tank leaks oil, and whether the high-voltage cable is damaged;
2. Check and clean the interior of the laser resonator and all lenses, including the front window rear-view mirror, rear-view mirror, reflector, etc;
3. After cleaning the internal lens of the laser, readjust the light output mode of the laser until the correct mode is reached.
