Tongkuai will display several new laser and optical products

Recently, Tongkuai announced that it would demonstrate a series of latest laser and optical products on the spot at the Photonics West 2023 held from January 31 to February 2, 2023, including:

 

TRUMPF programmable focusing optical device (PFO) 33, used for high-power laser applications, has VisionLine OCT Detect 3D feature recognition function.


The new TruMark 7050 laser marker, as part of TruMark station 7000;
The new TruFiber 6000 S fiber laser is used for fast and deep engraving.

The new TruMicro 6020 ultrashort pulse laser and the compact TruMicro 2030 ultrashort pulse laser are transmitted by LLK-industrial fiber.

 

Tongkuai will also display the toolbar of its programmable focusing optical system, including the new compact PFO SF for beam oscillation in small working areas, as well as other laser technologies for additive manufacturing, laser marking, laser welding, VCSEL and edge limiting laser technology.

 

New programmable focusing optical device

Tongkuai will display its most advanced visual performance optics and sensors, including the third generation programmable focusing optics (PFO) 33, which is suitable for the highest laser power applications and large scanning fields, as well as PFO small field scanners. PFO 33 for high-power laser applications is equipped with a new VisionLine OCT detection, which combines reflected light imaging with optical coherence tomography (OCT) to distinguish three-dimensional features. The OCT sensor processes the laser coaxial scanning components and works independently of their lighting and clamping conditions.

 

The generated 3D information can be used to locate and check the characteristics of components, such as the height offset of components. In addition, Tongkuai will also show a new PFO SF, whose compact optical system can be used for beam oscillation in a small working area.

 

Laser marking system TruMark Station 7000

Tongkuai will show TruMark Station 7000 with the new TruMark 7050 laser marking system, which is very suitable for high-speed marking, fast deep laser carving, large-scale surface construction, rapid ablation, laser cleaning, cutting aluminum foil and spot welding of different metals.

 

The next generation of high-performance multi-function marking laser TruMark 7050 is a turnkey solution that can be easily integrated into complex processing environments. TruMark 7050 uses a laser source with an average power of 200 watts and a peak power of more than 10 kilowatts to achieve high processing speed and short cycle time.

 

The new TruTops Mark 3D software is used for marking and material processing, showing each step in 3D, and is now optimized for welding of similar and different metals.

 

New fiber laser TruFiber 6000 S
Tongkuai will introduce its TruFiber 6000 S new fiber laser to the North American market, which can be used in harsh industrial welding and cutting applications. Multi-purpose TruFiber S combines powerful beam source with advanced functions such as BrightLine Weld, which can improve process quality and productivity.

 

BrightLine Weld can distribute all laser power between the core wire and the surrounding ring in a two-in-one laser cable.

TruFiber 6000 S beam transmission system can transmit laser to two systems. It is also easy to connect and disconnect the laser cable, which makes TruFiber S an excellent choice for large production lines.

 

Ultra-short pulse laser: new TruMicro 6020 and compact TruMicro 2030
The new TruMicro 6020 ultra-fast industrial laser can generate high pulse energy for the modification and cutting of transparent materials such as glass, and can be used in explosive mode to obtain higher energy accumulation. TruMicro Series 6000 ultra-short pulse laser provides closed-loop feedback control to achieve the highest power stability and pulse energy. TruMicro 6020 is also available in green (515 nm) and ultraviolet (343 nm) wavelengths. The compact and compact machine design makes it easy to adapt to production.
