The design capacity of the drive motor is low, the bearing capacity is reduced during operation, and the motor keeps heating, making abnormal noise, resulting in the failure of normal operation.
The following points can effectively avoid motor failure:
1. Overload and frequent startup shall be avoided during equipment operation;
2. Monitor the current change of the driving device during operation in real time, and conduct comprehensive inspection in case of any abnormality.
3. Monitor the temperature and vibration changes of the driving device in real time and do a good job of prevention.
