Aufero 2, Windows 10, Lightburn 1.3.01. Cutting 3mm plywood using 200mm/min at 100% power 2 passes, was not quite getting through the plywood completely. I decided to add a sub-layer at a higher speed (500mm/min at 80%) to “clean up” the cut. The sublayer did NOT align with the primary layer.

I don’t see any fundamental issue in the g-code.
Here’s what it looks like imported back into LightBurn.

This is a good indication that the issue is downstream from this. Your controller is mostly likely doing the right thing so still heavily implies a mechanical problem.
If you dramatically slow down your cut speeds does that change anything?

      • : Or have you changed any of the default GRBL settings on your laser with respect to speed or acceleration? It’s possible that you’re losing steps during the rapid moves (G0) between cuts.

      • : If you already checked belts I’d suggest you also review the grub screws and make sure they’re not loose on the stepper shaft. Make sure the grub screws are well secured against the flat of the shaft. Assuming that the photo you attached is oriented in the same direction as the burn then I’d suggest focusing on the X-axis gear.
