Starting from June 20th, The Creativity Falcon 2 laser cutting machine will also be launched in Germany, equipped with a new 60W laser head. With this ability, fully encapsulated equipment can now also be carved into steel.

High power is achieved through twelve 5-watt laser diodes, whose beams are combined with each other. This will make it possible to cut 22mm thick lime wood and 30mm thick organic glass. According to the manufacturer, stainless steel plates can not only be carved but also cut 0.2 millimeters thick. For example, by turning off a single diode (through software), the laser power of sensitive materials can also be reduced. The cutting machine should belong to Laser Class 1.

For thinner materials, it is said that the cutting speed of the new laser head is more than three times faster, for example, the cutting speed of 5mm walnut plywood can reach up to 700 millimeters per second. Due to its high power, the material evaporates faster, resulting in almost no smoke generated at the cutting edges.

The shell comes with a prominent orange transparent cover, providing safety features in case of accidental opening. There is also a drawer at the bottom that can collect cutting waste and is easy to clean. The 1.6W laser head is also equipped with a laser cutting machine, which is said to be more suitable for fine carving.

Falcon2 60W is now available for booking with a discount of over 400 euros. At that time, its price was only 2439 euros, not 2872 euros. In addition to the second laser head, an air assisted compressor is also provided.

Of course, fiber lasers can cut thicker blanks, but the quality is not very good, and their speed advantage almost dis...
