      There should be no effect. The motor accelerates fast and the output shaft accelerates fast, but only in a certain proportion. If the speed ratio is 10 and the motor rotates from 0 to 1000 for 1 second, then the output of the reducer is 0 to 100 revolutions, but the time is also 1 second
