My credibility 120000 Falcon has encountered homing issues and track friction

Something is likely impeding the homing switches from being actuated. Check X and Y separately. If you have mechanical switches you should be able to hear and feel them being actuated when the laser head reaches the front left. If you have proximity sensors there will be something that crosses the path the of the sensor.
If they are not actuating, check for anything physical that would prevent actuation and correct for it.
They are in fact actuating then likely a wiring issue.
