Basic maintenance precautions for chillers

Proper operation and maintenance can prevent explosion-proof chiller malfunctions, maintain long-term stable operation of the chiller, and extend its service life.

1、 Related personnel
1. Workshop personnel and equipment maintenance are supervised by workshop management personnel.
2. The operation and maintenance of the chiller are the responsibility of the operator.

2、 Daily maintenance
1. Clean daily to avoid high temperatures.
2. Is the high and low pressure normal.
3. Is the indicator light normal.
4. Lubricating oil, whether there is any leakage.
5. Is the refrigerant sufficient or insufficient.
6. Check whether the control panel buttons are sensitive and whether the display is clear.
7. Is there any abnormal noise.
8. Is the power connector, socket, and switch functioning properly.
9. Is the fan running properly.
10. Component inspection.
11. Keep the surrounding environment tidy.
