2023-03-14If the PLC is old, it is estimated that the pulse generation is incomplete. The problem has just been solved a while ago. Like you, it is also a Mitsubishi servo, and there are two sets of pulse generation at the same time! Neither grounded nor ungrounded! Add a filter, add a magnetic ring, change the driver, and change the servo motor line. It's really no use later. It's OK to replace a new PLC! It is suspected that after switching power supply 0V is grounded, other equipment is also grounded, which interferes with PLC pulse.
