Flame Warning - I'll start extinguishing as soon as I open it! How should I solve it?

I am simply trying to turn my Atezr L2 24w machine on, set it up, and get going! Every time I turn it on, it immediately starts beeping saying a flame detected. I have tried rechecking everything over and over and am at a loss. I can’t get started on anything and very frustrated. The I seem to have everything setup correctly, have looked at hours of setup videos, everything matches. Air pump turned on. Anyone have any ideas??? I see some videos where people have the machine enclosed, does that help? Super confused and frustrated- thank you to anyone who may know how to help!

Do you have the machine setup outside or in direct view of sunlight? If so, it’s possible that the flame sensor is getting a false positive due to the light.
In that case, try blocking the light to see if the machine behaves normally. If not that, try inspecting the flame sensor to see if something looks damaged or irregular.
