In recent years, the performance of Chinese laser technology enterprises in the international market has become increasingly eye-catching. On September 20th, under the joint witness of nearly a hundred customer representatives from various industries in South Korea, the opening ceremony of Zhuolai Laser South Korea Branch was officially held.

The branch is located in the Gyeonggi do region of southern Seoul, located in Tower B of IT TOWER in the PENTERIUM Science and Technology Park. It has a process application laboratory, technical service center, office, and other departments.

Zhuoli Laser was established in 2014. The company is mainly engaged in the design, research and development, and manufacturing of large and complex laser systems represented by ultra fast lasers and high-energy lasers. It is currently the most comprehensive laser supplier with the most comprehensive technical route in China.

The company's products are widely used in consumer electronics, semiconductors, new energy, scientific research, and medical fields, and are exported to developed countries and regions such as South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Israel, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.

In terms of team, the company's R&D personnel mainly graduated from well-known domestic universities and research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, and Tianjin University. I also have rich work experience in Fortune Global 500 and well-known companies in the industry. Zhuoli laser has achieved 100 kHz,>100W infrared,>30W ultraviolet picosecond laser output.

This type of laser has been widely used in fields such as brittle material cutting, drilling, and fine machining of superhard materials.
The high-power laser developed by Zhuoli Laser has good spot mode and high energy, and the laser shock strengthening processing effect is superior to similar lasers. The laser can output a single pulse energy of 1-100J and has performed well on site in a major customer. The customer has successfully obtained the supplier qualification for gas turbine blade laser shock strengthening from GE in the United States using this light source.

In July of this year, the company launched a full range of femtosecond laser products. This series of new products includes two major sub series: Aurelia all fiber femtosecond and Aurelius fiber+solid-state amplification femtosecond. As a leading enterprise in the field of ultra fast lasers in China, the launch of femtosecond lasers fills the last piece of the company's ultra fast laser camp puzzle.

The Aurelia series femtosecond lasers adopt an all fiber technology route, with a compact and maintenance free structure. An ultra long lifespan all fiber mode-locked seed source without the need for point swapping, bringing extremely high reliability and stability.

Femtosecond Lasers Portfolio

At the beginning of its establishment, Zhuoli Laser clarified its mission to promote the development of the national laser industry and its vision of building the first brand of domestically produced comprehensive category lasers. At present, Zhuoli Laser has a construction area of nearly 8000 square meters in Beijing, Xi'an, and Shenzhen, with a thousand level optical cleaning laboratory and assembly and production workshops. The company has a complete research and development, production, and quality management system, committed to providing world-class laser products and services to customers worldwide.

As one of China's leading laser technology enterprises, the official opening of Zhuoli Laser South Korea branch marks an important step in the company's internationalization process. The establishment of a local technical service team and process laboratory in South Korea will significantly enhance the company's service capabilities to customers in the region, help further expand its business in the region, enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness and international influence.
