The CUT12 sheet metal laser cutting processing head is perfectly compatible with fiber lasers in the power range of 4 kW-12 kW (continuous wave), with a maximum numerical aperture (NA) of 0.15, which can fully utilize the powerful power of various standard beam shaping fiber lasers. Its 2.0 magnification ensures the high-precision focused spot characteristics required for high-speed and high-quality cutting; Meanwhile, the adjustable focal plane design meets diverse process requirements.

The CUT12 sheet metal laser cutting processing head achieves efficient functional integration and optimization, with only one cutting head needed to cover the entire 4 kW-12 kW power range, avoiding the cumbersome traditional need to equip multiple processing optical devices to adapt to different laser power levels. This not only simplifies the machine integration process, but also significantly shortens the time for feature programming and parameter research, and reduces the burden of spare parts management for end-users.

This product is compatible with a wide range of connectivity options, including direct EtherCAT controllability, allowing it to be flexibly applied in various environments such as machining workshops and highly integrated automated production lines. In addition, its mechanical configuration has maximum compatibility and can be used in conjunction with flange connectors and quick exchange connectors.

Coherent has maintained a leading position in the field of laser cutting heads with its BIMO product line, "said Martin Seifert, Vice President of High Power Fiber Laser Business Unit.

CUT12 can almost improve the performance of any high-power metal sheet cutting process. Especially when used in conjunction with the Coherent EDGE series fiber lasers, it offers an unparalleled combination of cost of ownership and performance, providing users with an excellent cutting experience.

As a market innovator, Coherent continuously defines the future through breakthrough technologies from materials to systems. Our innovative solutions have won wide recognition from customers in the diversified applications of industrial, communication, electronic, and instrumentation markets. Coherent has research and development, manufacturing, sales, service, and distribution institutions worldwide, committed to providing customers with excellent products and services.
