In practical applications, in order to achieve best welding, the precision of fixture design is also vital, apart from the excellent performance of laser. The fixture is a device used to fix the machining object in the manufacturing process, aimed to ensure that the workpiece is in the correct position for processing or detection. It is usually composed of positioning elements, clamping devices, guiding and setting elements, indexing devices, connecting elements and body.In daily production, fixture design must bear the following basic features to ensure that laser welding gives a full play in the application.
