Connect RDC6563FG laser controller with Maxphotonics MFSC 1500X laser!

I made the connections according to the following pictures.
Shutter opens and laser turns on too, but I can't change the power. 
Can someone help me with what I might be doing wrong?

Or do I have to do something special (adjust) in the setting of the RDC6563fg?

 no more settings in the rdc6563fg. but you should check the setting in the MAX-PHOTONICS.

I am not familiar with the software, how to set the starting point and direction of cutting?

Start up and press the limit switch all the time

The motor makes a noise, but the cutting head does not rise or fall

Error reporting Communication error

During power on and reset, the X axis stopped after touching the limit switch, while the Y axis was still running slowly at the origin.
