Disadvantages of hydraulic transmission
1, not suitable for long-distance transmission: in the transmission process, hydraulic oil needs to be pressurized into high pressure hydraulic oil by hydraulic pump, and high pressure hydraulic oil will reach the actuator through a long pipeline, after two energy transformation. When hydraulic oil passes through a long pipeline, there will be a certain pressure loss, and its transmission efficiency is usually relatively low, so hydraulic transmission is not suitable for long-distance transmission.
2, easy to be affected by temperature changes: usually hydraulic transmission in high temperature or low temperature environment to work is a relatively difficult thing. When working in a high temperature environment, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will be low, so the hydraulic pump and some components will produce large internal leakage, and the volumetric efficiency will be low, so as to affect the overall efficiency. When working in a low temperature environment, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will be relatively high, which will produce a large pressure loss, and even some parts may not be able to work normally, such as the filter.
3, easy to be affected by impurities: the existence of impurities of hydraulic oil on the various components of the hydraulic transmission is relatively large, easy to harm the performance of the hydraulic transmission device.
