2023-05-05x0mm,y-26mm xTool website indicates that the value should be Y-21 for the 40W module. isn’t consistent This is odd. It should be perfectly consistent. If it’s not that could imply a mechanical issue. Make sure that belt tension is proper. Also check that pinion gear is not slipping on the stepper shaft. Do burns otherwise look correct in spite of the offset issue? Try this: disable the pointer offset move the laser module to the middle of the bed and place a sacrificial material below the module using Fire button make a mark onto the material move the laser module 21 mm up. check proximity of the crosshairs to the burned mark if crosshairs and mark don’t match, adjust the position of the laser module while keeping track of relative distance movement until they match. take the final net direction to the right and up, so let’s say 0mm to the right, and 23mm up. negate these values and put then in the pointer off. so X=0mm Y=-23mm
