Does adding more air through the blower nozzle of a CO2 100W produce better cutting and engaving results?

2023-05-24There are two basic uses for air… the material and what you are trying to accomplish determines what you use… In simple terms, use low air pressure for engraving, to protect the lens from debris… this has little effect on most engraving situations. When you wish to cut something like MDF, I run 60lbs and it makes nice clean cuts… However, this doesn’t work too well with acrylic and a low pressure seems to work better for cut operations…
