Rotary Slipping Issue

I’m having an issue with my 4 wheel rotary device, wonder if anyone else has seen similar. Image engraving on glass wine glass. Image looks like rotary changes speed or stops for multiple passes and continues on. I think glass is slipping or not turning smoothly. Any ideas how to correct. I have new O rings on order, current ones seem pretty dry and starting to crack. Any advice would help, in the middle of a $1400 order.

      Vector file cause the machine to rotate quickly to other parts of the engraving… I have a machine settings file for vectors and all the values are extremely low… it’s can’t really accelerate effectively.

One of the advantages of a chuck type… both have their good and bad points…
Make sure you save your configuration,so you can restore it… lower the acceleration values to very low… These will also interfere with the speeds as the rotary axes will have a hard time reaching any kind of speed.

Some people add a bag of weight into the cup to help with traction of the wheels…
The problem with this is, the mass is the problem with traction so it might be counterproductive to increase the mass in some circumstances…
I use the chuck for vector and the roller for scanning or image…
