Two operating characteristics of hydraulic transmission:

Hydraulic transmission is a transmission mode using liquid pressure energy for energy conversion. The use of hydraulic transmission technology in machinery can simplify the structure of the machine, reduce the quality of the machine, reduce material consumption, reduce manufacturing costs, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency and work reliability.

The hydraulic transmission system is mainly composed of 5 parts:

1, power components: the prime mover input mechanical energy into the oil pressure energy conversion device. Its role is to provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system. The power components are various hydraulic pumps.

 

2. Actuator: Energy conversion device that converts the pressure energy of the oil into mechanical energy. Its role is to output force and speed (linear motion), or torque and speed (rotational motion) under the push of pressure oil. Such components include various hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.

 

3. Control regulating element: The element used to control or regulate the pressure, flow and direction of the oil in the hydraulic system to ensure that the actuator completes the expected work. Such components mainly include various relief valves, throttle valves and reversing valves. The different combinations of these components form a hydraulic transmission system with different functions.

 

4. Auxiliary components: refers to the oil tank, oil pipe, oil pipe connector, accumulator, oil filter, pressure gauge, flow meter and various sealing components. These components respectively play the role of heat storage, oil transmission, connection, energy storage, filtration, pressure measurement, flow measurement and sealing to ensure the normal operation of the system, is an indispensable part of the hydraulic system.

 

5, the working medium: the working medium in the hydraulic transmission and control plays the role of transmitting motion, power and signal. T as the medium is hydraulic oil or other synthetic liquid.
