1. Vibration reduction and blocking measures
When installing the gear transmission system, efforts should be made to avoid resonance and noise generation between the body and the foundation support and connecting parts. The gear transmission system often experiences resonance of one or several gears within certain speed ranges, except for design reasons, and the resonance position is not detected during installation without empty testing. And taking corresponding vibration reduction or blocking measures is directly related. For certain gear transmission systems that require low transmission noise and vibration (such as testing instruments), high toughness and high damping foundation materials (such as epoxy resin mortar foundation materials developed by the Metallurgical Design and Research Institute) should be selected to reduce the occurrence of noise and vibration.

2. Geometric accuracy adjustment
Due to the geometric accuracy not meeting the standard requirements during installation, resonance occurs in the transmission system, resulting in noise. This should be directly related to improving the installation process, increasing tooling, and ensuring the overall quality of assembly personnel.

3. Loose components
During installation, due to the looseness of individual components (such as bearing preloading mechanism, shaft positioning mechanism, fork limit mechanism, etc.), the system positioning is inaccurate, abnormal position meshing occurs, and the shaft system moves, resulting in vibration and noise. This series needs to start from the design structure, try to ensure the stable connection of various mechanisms, and adopt multiple connection methods.

4. Damaged transmission components
Improper operation during installation may damage the transmission components, resulting in inaccurate or unstable system movement; Oil film vibration caused by damage to high-speed moving components; Human induced dynamic imbalance of moving parts; Both generate vibration and noise. These reasons must be noted and avoided as much as possible during the installation process. Damaged components that cannot be repaired must be replaced to ensure that the system achieves a stable noise level.
