When the temperature is low, the water will condense into ice and gradually increase, which to some extent can cause ice blockage in the capillary of the chiller. These are all possible causes of ice blockage in the chiller.

 

How to solve the problem of ice blockage during the use of the chiller? Because excessive moisture in the refrigeration system is the main cause of ice blockage in the chiller, it is necessary to dry the entire refrigeration system. There are two processing methods to choose from: 1. Use an oven to heat and dry the components of the chiller. Remove the compressor, condenser, evaporator, capillary, and other components from the refrigeration system, and then place them in the oven for heating and drying; 2. Use heating and secondary vacuum extraction methods to remove moisture from various components in the refrigeration system.
