01 Deep research and development only for higher cost-effectiveness
In response to changes in market competition demand, Guangzhi Technology has developed a single pulse width and cost-effective GLE series pulse fiber laser based on the MOPA electronic control technology platform, with a power range of 20-200W, a complete range of products, and excellent performance.

The GLE series laser adopts an all fiber system, with a compact structure and easy installation; The parameters are simple and clear, easy to debug; Newly upgraded product appearance, using a mold opening structure, small size, excellent dust prevention, white shell, simple and elegant; The new version of noise reduction fan reduces the noise during intelligent operation; Standard MOPA high-speed electronic control hardware, with strong signal anti-interference and anti-static capabilities, as well as high-speed switching light response and power switching response speed.

The GLE series laser adopts a specially shaped pulse waveform, and through optimizing the optical scheme, the frequency range can reach a minimum of 5kHz and a maximum of 100 kHz or even 200kHz. Compared to general Q-switched lasers, the frequency range is wider. After process development, GLE has demonstrated outstanding performance in traditional application fields such as marking, cutting, and deep carving.

02 GLE 50W with excellent blackening performance
The YFPN-50-GLE pulse fiber laser introduced this time adopts a special pulse modulation technology, with a maximum single pulse energy of 1.25mJ and a frequency range of 5-100Khz. It comes with red light and has high cost-effectiveness, simple debugging, and stable performance. The process personnel used 50W GLE for testing on stainless steel, copper, and aluminum materials.

Stainless steel blackening
The traditional blackening method for Q-switched lasers is to lower the frequency and use high energy to blacken the material, with the best effect being achieved at low frequencies and slow speeds. However, if the frequency is too high, the edges will turn more yellow, the color will not be black enough, and splashing may occur easily. It is difficult to reduce the frequency of general Q-switched lasers, and only lower power lasers can be used to ensure low-frequency use, which leads to efficiency issues.

After testing, GLE 50W produces the best blackness without yellowing at a frequency of 20kHz, power of 50%, speed of 50mm/s, and filling spacing of 0.1. GLE 50W can not only create a black feel effect, but also achieve a non black feel effect through parameter adjustment. The non tactile black parameter is a frequency of 100kHz, power of 20%, speed of 1000mm/s, and filling spacing of 0.001.

Brass blackening
Laser blackening on brass is a surface treatment technique that can form a black oxide layer on the surface of brass. By irradiating a high-energy density laser beam on the surface of brass, the oxide molecules on the brass surface are excited and converted into black particles. These particles will deposit on the surface of brass, forming a black oxide layer. This surface treatment method can improve the wear and corrosion resistance of the brass surface.

Using laser blackening technology to create exquisite artworks on the surface of brass. By using a power of 60%, frequency of 60kHz, 200mm/s, and filling with 0.01 parameters, it is possible to create fine and dark patterns on brass.

Overall, compared to general Q-switched lasers, the frequency adjustment range of YFPN-50-GLE is wider, reaching 5-100kHz. It achieves better blackening effect on various materials and is more stable, meeting the black marking requirements of different products and materials.
