How can we eliminate the problem of low condensation pressure in the laser chiller?
The common reasons for low condensation pressure in laser chillers are as follows:
1. The surface of the condenser is too large;
2. The load on the evaporator is small;
3. The suction pressure is too low, such as insufficient liquid in the evaporator;
4. The suction and discharge valves of the compressor may leak;
5. The pressure setting of the condensation pressure regulating valve is too low;
6. The uninsulated receiver placed is too cold compared to the condenser (the receiver is used as a condenser);
7. The cooling air temperature is too low;
8. Excessive air volume in the condenser;
9. Excessive water volume (water cooling);
10. The water temperature is too low (water cooled).
Based on the above faults, we will troubleshoot them one by one using the following methods:
1. Adjust the condensation pressure or replace the condenser;
2. Adjust the condensation pressure;
3. Find the fault on the pipeline between the condenser and the thermal expansion valve;
4. Replace the compressor valve plate;
5. Set the correct pressure for the condensation pressure regulating valve;
6. Move the receiver or install a suitable insulation cover for the receiver;
7. Adjust the condensation pressure;
8. Replace the smaller fan or adjust the motor speed;
9. Reduce the flow of cooling water;
10. Increase the temperature of the cooling water.
