Daily maintenance of laser water chiller:
1) Place the water chiller in a cool and ventilated place. It is recommended that the temperature be below 40 ℃. When using the laser chiller, the machine room should be kept clean and well ventilated, and the condenser should be cleaned regularly to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
2) The water should be replaced regularly, and the water tank should be cleaned regularly. Generally, the water should be replaced once every three months.
3) The quality and temperature of the circulating water will affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use purified water and control the water temperature below 35 ℃. If it exceeds 35 ℃, ice can be added for cooling.
4) In case of fault alarm shutdown of the unit, press the alarm shutdown button first, and then check the cause of the fault. Remember not to force the unit to start up and run before troubleshooting.
5) Regularly clean the condenser and dust screen of the water cooler.
6) If there is no emergency during use, do not shut down the unit by cutting off the power supply at will;
7) In addition to routine maintenance, winter maintenance also needs to prevent icing. In order to ensure the normal use of the laser water chiller, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius. The method to avoid ice formation of the water chiller is as follows:
① In order to prevent icing, the water chiller can be kept above 0 ℃. If the conditions cannot be met, the water chiller can be kept on to keep the water in the pipeline flowing and prevent icing.
② During holidays, if the laser water chiller is in a shutdown state, or if it is shut down for a long time due to a fault, try to drain the water in the water tank and pipeline of the water chiller. If the unit is stopped for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the laser chiller.
③ Finally, antifreeze can be added appropriately according to the actual situation of the chiller.
Laser water chiller is a cooling equipment that mainly carries out water circulation cooling for the generator of laser equipment, and controls the operating temperature of the laser generator, so that the laser generator can maintain normal operation for a long time.
