As a commonly used refrigeration equipment in industrial production, laser chillers inevitably encounter various problems during use, which may be caused by improper user operation or problems with the original components of the machine itself. The water circulation system of the chiller consists of inlet and outlet pipes, evaporator, water tank, water pump, condenser, etc. Today, we will briefly explain how to deal with the important component of the water circulation system of the laser chiller, if the water level in the water tank drops sharply.
The volume of the internal water tank of the laser chiller varies depending on the model. During use, if the water level in the laser chiller suddenly drops sharply, it is likely that the machine is leaking water. It is recommended to conduct simple troubleshooting from the following aspects:
1. If the inlet and outlet of the chiller are loose or cracked and leak, repair or replace them;
2. If the water inlet of the chiller is loose, causing water leakage during water addition, repair or replace it;
3. If the internal water tank of the chiller ruptures and leaks, replace the water tank;
4. If the drainage outlet of the chiller ruptures and leaks, repair or replace it;
5. If the internal water pipe of the chiller ruptures and leaks, repair or replace it;
6. If the drainage nozzle cap inside the interface of the chiller is broken or loose and leaks, repair or replace it;
7. If the water tank of the chiller is filled too full, causing fluctuations and leakage of the cooling water during operation, simply lower the water level in the tank.
