2. Check whether the moving parts of the refrigeration compressor are worn or the clearance increases, resulting in a decrease in gas transmission. The compressor is the heart of the chiller, and if the compressor fails, the chiller will not work. Therefore, the regular inspection and maintenance of the compressor can not be ignored.
3. Poor efficiency of refrigeration compressors is also one reason. In the long-term operation of the equipment, the wear of moving parts, the increase of fitting clearance or the lax sealing will reduce the actual gas transmission of the compressor and the cooling capacity. Check the refrigeration compressor. If the maintenance is not good, it should be replaced in time. Air in the system can also cause this. At this time, the exhaust pressure and temperature rise, the power consumption increases, and the cooling capacity decreases.
4. This happens with a large loss of cooling capacity. Due to the insufficient insulation thickness of equipment and pipelines or the damage of insulation layers, the loss of cooling capacity increases and the cooling effect is affected. In operation, once wet or frosted parts are found on the outer surface of the thermal insulation layer, it means that the thickness of the thermal insulation material is not enough or has been damp, and the thermal insulation material should be added or replaced in time.
5. When each chiller is installed, a layer of insulating cotton is wrapped around the vaporizer and pipes to prevent loss of cooling capacity. If the unit is cooling slowly, the enterprise should first check whether the thickness of the pipeline insulation is not enough, or whether the insulation is damaged. Be sure to wrap insulation cotton and make sure it is thick enough!
