1. The operating ambient temperature cannot be too high.
In high temperature summer, it should be noted that the operating ambient temperature of the chiller should not be too high, which will cause an alarm of ultra-high room temperature and lead to failure of normal refrigeration. The operating ambient temperature of the chiller should not exceed 40 ° C.
2. In cold winter, it is recommended to equip a heating rod or add antifreeze to prevent the chiller from starting due to low water temperature.
The antifreeze is corrosive to a certain extent. The antifreeze should be selected with attention to the following points: the concentration should be as low as possible, and the antifreeze should not be mixed. It should be added after exchanging with water in a certain proportion. The use time should not be too long, and the purified water should be replaced after the temperature is warmer.
3. Note that the distance between the chiller and the obstacle shall not be too close.
The air outlet (fan) of the chiller shall be at least 50cm away from the obstacle, and the air inlet (dust screen) shall be at least 30cm away from the obstacle (the air outlet behind the CW-5000 chiller shall be at least 30cm away from the obstacle, and the air inlet at the side shall be at least 8cm away from the obstacle.
4. Remove and wash the dust screen regularly, and clean the dust on the dust screen with an air gun.
Because the working environment is basically a factory, with a lot of dust, it is easy to accumulate dust, so the dust screen should be removed and cleaned regularly. Severe blockage of the dust screen will cause the failure of the chiller.
5. Replace the circulating water once every three months.
Excessive impurities in tap water can easily lead to blockage of the circulating water circuit, so it is not recommended to use it. Purified water or distilled water shall be used as circulating water.
6. In spring, because the temperature is still very low, the industrial chillers in some areas still need to add antifreeze to avoid low circulating water temperature or freezing due to low temperature, which will affect the startup and refrigeration of chillers.
The full name of antifreeze is antifreeze coolant, which has antifreeze function, but has corrosivity and rust resistance. When adding antifreeze, pay attention to adding it in proportion with water, and try to use the same brand and model, rather than mix them.
7. Before startup, add a proper amount of circulating water to the water tank to reach the green area of the water level.
The red area indicates that the water level is too full and needs to be drained, while the yellow area indicates that the water level is too low and needs to be added.
8. Check whether other parts of the chiller are loose. Whether the working voltage is stable and normal.
The industrial water chiller is sensitive to the power supply voltage. If the voltage is not stable enough, a voltage regulator can be installed.
The quality of the industrial chiller is one of the key factors for refrigeration and service life. However, correct use and maintenance can also improve the refrigeration efficiency and prolong the service life of the chiller.
