As the crystallization of the film body needs low temperature to meet the requirements in the vacuum coating process, and the temperature needs to be stable, the chiller can well meet this demand. In specific use, the chiller can effectively adjust the temperature and control the stable temperature of the vacuum coating machine, so as to achieve the goal of high plating quality.

In any case, if the chiller is not used, the overall operation efficiency and quality of the vacuum coating machine will be affected, and it cannot work stably. Therefore, in the vacuum coating industry, try to use matching chillers for temperature monitoring to improve product accuracy and quality.

The coated water chiller has a completely independent refrigeration system, and the water temperature can be adjusted and controlled within the range of+3 ℃ and 35 ℃, so that the product quality can be guaranteed with high accuracy and high efficiency.
